Shipping policy

At Leuf, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are fulfilled through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable. If offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Leuf is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Leuf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
